DIEGO FIORI *1975, Rome, Italy
Lives and works in Vienna and Rome. After having received the academic degree at the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome, Diego Fiori starts to follow the ideas of Giorgio Agamben at the University IUAV of Venice, attends the courses of Giovanni Reale at the State University of Milan. In the last years, after various artistic experiences relative to „declinations“ of the sculpture, Diego Fiori develops a particular form of Video Art; considering the artist a real medium, Fiori evokes solemn sensations of ancestry in his videos.
